‘Spring Gathering 97’; (oil on board, 78x65cm) is a reproduction of a carbon paper from my dad’s spring 1997 invoice book for cabbage sales. I repeated the process of creating the marks on the carbon paper by copying into into the paint all dad's hand written invoices that were in the book. .
This painting was on show in 'Ex Libris' the Newlyn Society of Artists' exhibition at the Tremenheere Gallery, Penzance, April 4th to 21st 2019
